The Lucky Draw is opened to all eligible* ITE
graduates of the Oct 2008 ITE Graduate Employment Survey who have
completed and submitted the form.
Each eligible participant will only be allowed to
submit one completed survey form. Media Research Consultants
(appointed vendor of the 2008 ITE GES) reserves the right to
disqualify from the Lucky Draw any submission that is deemed
incomplete. All submissions become the property of ITE, which
reserves the right to use the information provided in ways deemed
fit.
Respondents will be awarded double chances of
winning if they complete the survey form on or before 15 October
2008. Respondents will be awarded one chance to participate in the
Lucky Draw if they complete the survey form between 16 October
2008 and 12 November 2008.
4. The Lucky Draw will be carried out by January
2009 and winners will be notified by post. All prize winners must
claim their prizes in person along with their NRIC/FIN or
Passport. Winners who are unable to claim their prizes in person
must provide a personal letter authorising the collection, as well
as providing the full name/NRIC/FIN of the person who is
collecting the prize on his/her behalf.
ITE reserves the right to forfeit prizes not claimed
30 days after the date of notification.
ITE reserves the right to replace the prizes with
items of similar value.
ITE reserves the right to amend these Terms &
Conditions at any time and without notice.
ITE's decision on all matters relating to this Lucky
Draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
ITE reserves the rights to publish winners' details
in its promotional materials.
Participation in this Lucky Draw and/or redemption
of any prizes will constitute acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions and the amendments therefore.
